Here's how the day unfolds...

As soon as you register, you are...

Sent assignments and prep material (what best to wear on camera, what to consider for cuta-away shots if any, ie, of your Book, Product or Service or any B-roll footage, what structures for your script to consider and how to BEST present you and your message for your video) All around what to expect so that you are fully prepared as we begin our one day together.

PLUS, you'll have One or Two Group PREP calls BEFOREHAND where you, along with 9 other participants, can go over how to BEST lay out the message you want to say in your video, while getting the advantage of brainstorming and networking with 9 others and Bob Doyle’s and Lynn Rose’s one on one, hands-on guidance, and fine-tuning what will work BEST for YOU so that come that ONE DAY your focus will now only be on last stage tweaking what you have and on creating the most stellar product possible.

The ONE Day begins at 9AM in the comfort of Marina Del Rey’s BAY CLUB Meeting Room, right on the water by the boats (just steps away from the studio where we’ll shoot you).

We’ll have 3 hours where we’ll get to know each other, share our scripts and take the time to make any final tweaks necessary so that you feel ON FIRE for what you have.

Within that time, you’ll also get training on how to best connect to the camera, come alive with your presence and make your material SHINE.

We’ll rehearse you as you get coaching so you learn even deeper from watching others, while learning from when you get your own personalized guidance.

With this training, your speaking and presentation skills will be upleveled for every time you speak beyond that one day (not just for when you go shoot your video) and is an invaluable foundation to have for success in all areas of your business.

Then, lunch at 12:00 and we begin cycling each person one by one.

First with our Professional Make-up Artist (who’s done the Oscars, Grammies and many celebrities and will be attending to YOU)

Then, once made up and ready to go, we lead you to the studio where you’ll be coached and guided by Lynn Rose and Bob Doyle, after adjusting the lights and camera angle to best suit YOU.

You will discover a whole new you that comes to life in front of the camera thanks to Bob & Lynn’s guidance (and WOW techniques) so you won’t have anything to worry about around nerves or stiffness or whatever challenge - that will ALL dissolve and you will be blown away at how you show up as a result.

After shooting your video footage, you'll then return to the Bay Club room for your photography session, where you'll have Headshots and Bodyshots taken!

If you so choose, you may bring a  memory card or a hard drive so that the raw video footage and still photographs that were shot can be given to you on the spot for your own purposes beyond what we’ll create for you (or we can send it to you after the event.) We'll now have what we need to integrate into your Media Kit. THEN, you are free to leave, or stay around and cheer the others on who are waiting for their turn in the studio!

Studio time is YOURS and yours alone and will not have others from the group in there (so as to give you a safe place to SHINE in and also for full focus) - but the BAY CLUB Room and other areas on property are open for your enjoyment while you wait (or continue to tweak your messaging with full support while waiting for your turn if need be) and even once you’ve finished.

Then, when the day is over, we take your footage and select the best takes or combination of takes and send off to our Hollywood Producer/Editor friend where he slicks it up, edits it together, gives you the choice of background you wanted for the greenscreen, puts titles on there, cuts it up to 3 cut-aways or B-roll footage, sweetens the color and quality and puts a personalized professional Video Intro for you before and after (with your LOGO, if you want) and you are SET with a Hollywood produced Video that has you look like a SUPERSTAR and true PROFESSIONAL.

From there, we choose which poses from your photography session that you want featured in your Media Kit and we give it to the folks at Instant Media Kit who have their experts take your Bio, Shots and Video and create a Banner for you AND READY TO GO MEDIA KIT that will now be posted online alongside some of the TOP experts in our industry.

You can use this to get MEDIA attention, and direct contacts there for potential bookings. One press of a button for sharing all that you represent when you do interviews or to show clients and you can even use this as your website - or post on your site if you have one already.
